Sometimes i feel like a lot of what we gain from the advance of the world today is a painfully deceptive illusion. In all that is available to us we often lose sight of what is important to us. For myself the world in whatever its original state would have had more than i could ever possibly learn or know, and as we add i find myself overwhelmed and pulled in a million direction because of my sick and deep pulling desire to know,learn, and experience everything on the human palate and beyond. So you sign onto facebook and send a few comments or message to "maintain" your "relationships" with all the people that matter to you. And the maybe someday you realize you all do this to one another and maybe they don't matter...or you don't matter as much as you think. Even at your fingertips at the touch of a button...time still seems to disappear...and it feels like what it is, worlds apart.
