There are days when i realize how much everyone is much in to themselves, and also how much we all have in common. It's hard to see a situation that is so wrong and see little opportunity for you to make a change. when it trickles from the top to the bottom you wonder is it only changes at the top that make a difference or can someone at the bottom set something in motion?
